Description
Louis, an enslaved boy leased by the University of Georgia, is owed his dues by the treasurer.
Partial Transcript: "Mr. Thomas next proposed that the treasurer be instructed to inquire of the ex-treasurer, A. B. Means, whether or not he, the said Means, had paid the boy Louis for certain services. If he had not, that the treasurer be instructed to pay immediately the said Louis his dues."
